Our delicious recipe for a healthy Rava Dosa, the perfect brunch treat! Dosas are a savoury kind of pancake traditionally eaten with a South Indian Sambar (vegetable stew) and a freshly prepared chutney.

Tomato Sambhar is a key South Indian dish, eaten at breakfast, lunch or dinner with rice, idli or dosa. The addition of dal makes it a useful source of protein, so we often prepare this for the girls at Baale Mane.
